Meet Ann

Care, clarity, and
a human connection.

I’m a multifamily investor and Co-GP focused on capital raising and investor relationships.

For more than 20 years as a registered nurse and case manager, my work has centered on listening, advocating, and helping people navigate important decisions. I bring that same care to conversations about real estate investing.

I partner with experienced operators, including Goose Equity, to explore institutional-quality multifamily opportunities. My role is to help you learn, review the available information, and ask the questions that matter to your goals.

Let’s start with a 15-minute conversation
